How We Work

All new clients begin with a Private Property Review.
This allows our team to evaluate your property, identify maintenance and protection needs, and determine whether it qualifies for one of our managed estate care programs.
If approved, you will receive a customized care plan tailored to your property and service expectations.

Akron native Darius Evans has over 10 years of professional experience in lawn service. He founded Evans Lawn Services, LLC. in 2015 in Akron, Ohio and has expanded to serve Summit County and its neighboring cities through both commercial and residential partnerships. ​Darius is a loving person with a heart for philanthropy and community outreach. Evans Lawn Services team members are dear friends and family members who all believe in beautifying the community. Mr. Evans is known for his hard work and willingness to go above and beyond for his clients.
